Alright she is back up for sale. some of you saw it when it was still yellow but the engine has been replaced with a 2000 4.3 V6 its been repainted to the tan color you see in the pics and i put in a brand new wiring harness. in addition to all the great suff it already had.
Since i bought the Jeep last year for $9000 i have have put a lot of money into it.
$1200 - NEW TIRES AND RIMS
$ 300 - spare drivshafts F/R
$1000 - Warn 9.5 ti with new wire cable(unused and roller fairlead.
$3500 - Engine swap 4.3 motor, computer harness, getting computer & harness professionally reworked, custom exhaust, custom motor mounts, brand new wiring harness for whole vehicle, dual electric fans.
$ 500 - Misc parts diff guards, gauges ect.
So i've put another $7000 intot this jeep since i bouth it a year ago.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
1948 CJ2A Willys-
Body:**Original steel tub, floorpan rebuilt, steel fenders, grille, hood,
built in 2" steel body mounts.**There is a bit of rust and one rust
hole(nickel sized) on the tailgate frame. Tub is cut in rear of wheelwells
to clear a 36" tire.
Cj3A steel windshield frame, 1-piece glass (3" crack in top left corner).
Rear floor of bed has been raised 2" to clear the fuel tank and rear shock
mounts.
Motor:**2000 4.3 VORTEC form a chevy blazer, fuel injected with about 50k miles on it from the donor vehicle.
Transmission:**700R4 auto, rebuilt 2-3 years ago($1600), electric servo to lock in 1-2 gear, all metal rebuild components-not plastic
Transmission Cooler:**B&M, fan forced with thermostat
Transfer Case:** Dana 18, 1-1-8" intermediate shaft, single stick, 3:86 low
ratio from O'Brien, rebuilt with large roller bearings and thrust washer
eliminator, ($1700)
Radiator:**Griffin aluminum 3 core, with electric puller fan and 190*
thermostat
F. Axle:**early Cherokee, Dana 44, 5:38 gears, Detroit EZ locker, disc
brakes, 5 on 5.5 pattern, CJ7 rotors, XJ calipers Warn (Scout) hubs-6 bolt,
gears & locker are 3 years old, HD, custom ¼" rockguard, it is 55" wide
measured from the inside of rotor to rotor.**Axles are 30 spline inners and
27 spline (Scout) outers with a 297 joint.
R. Axle:**Dana 44, discs from 72 Chevy ¾ ton, 5:38 gears, Detroit EZ locker,
Ford Bronco rotors, 5 on 5.5 pattern,**HD, ¼" steel rockguard, gears &
locker are 3 years old.**Axles are 19 spline inners and flanged outer ends,
¾ ton Suburban calipers.
Shocks:**Rancho 9012's on all corners** Steering stabilizer is BDS.
Custom made rear center torque bar with slip joint for rear axle
SOA:**outboarded mounts, YJ rear spring packs, front packs are 2 year old,
rear has a BDS add a leaf.
Frame:**2x4 rectangular tube, .0120 wall, built by previous owner in Matkins Big money to get these matkins frame.

Winch:**Warn 9,5 ti three years old. and brand new wire cable(never put on) and roller fairlead.
Fuel tank:**custom 24 gallon with internal pump (83 Buick)
Roll cage:**6-point with tub mounts, dash spreader, gusset handles on w/s
hoop
Seats:**Honda Civic buckets, hi back, cloth
Console:**Tuffy steel
Softtop:**Kayline, 3 year old, Old style-HD, VGC
1/3 soft doors, custom
Bikini top:**custom-snaps to cage
Headlights:**Halogen sealed beams
Taillights:**late model CJ, flush mounted
Spare tire rack:**custom, frame/bumper mounted, w/2" receiver, swinging
style
Tires:**5- Super Swamper TSL 34 x 9.5 x 15 with about 2000 miles on them and the have the 4 wheel parts no questions asked tire warranty on them.(full size spare)
Rims:*5 black steel rock crusher 15 x 7 2 from 4 wheel parts.
Skids:**custom
Rocker skids:**custom 3/16" steel, 3-1/2" x 5"
Aluminum rear corners on tub
F. Brake lines, extended stainless steel
R. Bumper, 2/4 tube, shorty style, 2" receiver tube
F. Bumper, 2/4 tube, shorty style, 2-recovery shackles
Steering:**custom HD tube tie rod and drag link, uses Waggy TRE's
Gauges:**mechanical oil, water, electric fuel, volt, amp
Exhaust, custom fully welded

grille and r fender, for no wire hassles

Spare Parts:
left and right side inner axle shafts for rear axle, both need drilled to 5
on 5.5 pattern; one has new bearing, seal, and retainer, one needs new
bearing, seal, and retainer
Complete inner LF axle shafts and joints
Complete inner RF axle shafts and joints
Complete rear driveshaft and joints (brand new from Jessie at HAD)
complete front driveshaft and joints.
